Le salon international Techtextil est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme la grand-messe du textile technique, un secteur en pleine croissance qui s\u2019oriente de plus en plus vers l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire. Tous les deux ans, les tr\u00e8s attendus Innovation Awards y sont d\u00e9cern\u00e9s. Fait marquant : m\u00eame si aucune entreprise belge n\u2019\u00e9tait nomin\u00e9e cette ann\u00e9e, la Belgique \u00e9tait loin d\u2019\u00eatre absente. <\/p>

La pr\u00e9sence remarqu\u00e9e et r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e de Dr. Jan Laperre<\/a>, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Centexbel<\/a> et membre du jury, a soulign\u00e9 le poids international du savoir-faire textile belge. Le fait qu\u2019un repr\u00e9sentant d\u2019un centre de recherche belge participe \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation des innovations en dit long sur la r\u00e9putation de notre pays en mati\u00e8re de recherche, de recyclage et de d\u00e9veloppement technologique. Des nanotubes transform\u00e9s en fibres \u2013 une promesse pour les textiles intelligents<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Parmi les laur\u00e9ats les plus remarquables, on compte une entreprise sud-cor\u00e9enne, aweXome Ray,<\/a> r\u00e9compens\u00e9e pour \u00ab axrial \u00bb, une technologie permettant de transformer des nanotubes de carbone (NTC) en structures textiles transformables. Ces tubes, jusqu’\u00e0 cent fois plus r\u00e9sistants que l’acier, conducteurs et extr\u00eamement l\u00e9gers, \u00e9taient jusqu’\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent difficiles \u00e0 int\u00e9grer dans le textile. <\/p>

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette innovation, les nanotubes peuvent d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre transform\u00e9s en membranes et fibres compatibles avec les techniques textiles traditionnelles. Les applications sont vastes : textiles intelligents, si\u00e8ges chauffants, syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectriques l\u00e9gers et \u00e9conomes en \u00e9nergie pour l’automobile et l’a\u00e9ronautique. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

D\u00e9perlance sans PFAS : une avanc\u00e9e venue de France<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

La durabilit\u00e9 \u00e9tait au c\u0153ur des pr\u00e9occupations. La start-up fran\u00e7aise H&B Materials <\/a>a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une alternative aux PFAS, ces \u00ab polluants \u00e9ternels \u00bb tr\u00e8s controvers\u00e9s. Leur solution : un traitement d\u00e9perlant \u00e0 base d\u2019acides gras issus de d\u00e9chets agricoles, qui se fixe au niveau mol\u00e9culaire sur les fibres. <\/p>

Le r\u00e9sultat est une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9perlante int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u2014 sans rev\u00eatement \u2014 qui atteint des performances \u00e9lev\u00e9es lors des tests standards. Avec un durcissement des r\u00e9glementations \u00e0 venir, notamment en France d\u00e8s 2026, cette innovation pourrait rapidement s\u2019imposer.

Que l\u2019innovation puisse surgir l\u00e0 o\u00f9 on ne l\u2019attend pas, spek Design<\/a> le d\u00e9montre avec \u00ab FormLig \u2013 Knitted Wood \u00bb. Ce mat\u00e9riau associe des fils de cellulose \u00e0 de la lignine \u2014 un sous-produit de l\u2019industrie papeti\u00e8re aujourd\u2019hui presque enti\u00e8rement br\u00fbl\u00e9. <\/p>

Le r\u00e9sultat : un mat\u00e9riau tricotable, mall\u00e9able et compostable, sans microplastiques. Les applications vont des objets design \u00e0 l\u2019emballage, en passant par des protections pour arbres. Un bel exemple de valorisation des flux r\u00e9siduels dans la cha\u00eene textile. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

R\u00e9volution dans le recyclage chimique<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

L’entreprise allemande re.solution<\/a> qui permet le recyclage chimique des d\u00e9chets textiles \u00e0 base de polyester, suscite de grandes attentes. <\/span>Sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 traiter \u00e9galement les textiles m\u00e9lang\u00e9s et impurs (teints et enduits) est particuli\u00e8rement remarquable.<\/span> Ce type de d\u00e9chets finit actuellement en d\u00e9charge ou \u00e0 l’incin\u00e9rateur. <\/span><\/p>

Re.solution utilise un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e9lectrochimique (hydrolyse) aliment\u00e9 par de l’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 renouvelable. L’absence d’acides permet de r\u00e9duire drastiquement la consommation d’eau et de produits chimiques, \u00e9vitant ainsi la production de d\u00e9chets salins nocifs. L’entreprise promet des mat\u00e9riaux d’une qualit\u00e9 comparable \u00e0 celle des mat\u00e9riaux d’origine ou non recycl\u00e9s. <\/span><\/p>

L\u2019impact potentiel est consid\u00e9rable : jusqu\u2019\u00e0 90 % de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO\u2082 par rapport au polyester vierge. Avec une installation semi-industrielle pr\u00e9vue pour 2026, l\u2019entreprise franchit une \u00e9tape importante vers une production textile v\u00e9ritablement circulaire. Selon plusieurs sources, l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat est d\u00e9j\u00e0 vif parmi les collecteurs, trieurs, marques de mode et fabricants de textiles techniques. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des centres de recherche comme Centexbel et \u00e0 des figures cl\u00e9s comme Laperre, notre pays reste une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en mati\u00e8re d\u2019innovation et d\u2019expertise. <\/p>

Techtextil 2026 confirme surtout une chose : le textile technique \u00e9volue \u00e0 une vitesse fulgurante et s\u2019impose dans des industries aussi vari\u00e9s que l\u2019\u00e9nergie, la mobilit\u00e9 et la biotechnologie.
